Chiefland Star Party 2005
In usual Chiefland style, many individuals came early and stayed late and were rewarded with 13 days of beautiful clear skies.
A generous number of well behaved ameteur astronomers gathered on the CAV field to enjoy spectacular Florida weather. (road to CAV field)
A few classic cars joined the multitude of classic scopes on the CAV field
There was a large variety of equipment on the field. Kendrick tents were well represented.
As usual, there was no shortage of large Dobs on the field. The order of the day was to avoid stress at all costs.
